RDC-RIAC Conducts Seminar on Crisis Public Relations

The Regional Information Advocacy Committee of the Regional Development Council 5 conducted seminar on Crisis Public Relations in partnership with the Bicol Communicators Network last March 21.

The seminar aimed to develop advocate-partners in promoting the Philippine Development Plan as well as the Bicol Regional Development Plan 2011-2016.  The activity aimed to further enhance the capacity of Public Information Officers (PIOs) to effectively communicate the social contract of President Aquino with the Filipino people.
