Metallic and non-metallic mineral production for the quarter was
valued at P2.614 billion. Gold production had the highest value
at P1.747 billion. This was followed by copper with a value of
P472 million. Third was zinc at P200 million. The value of
non-metallic minerals was P2.4 million. The province of Albay
generated revenue of P5.3 million from the issuance of quarry
permits under the quarry regulation program.
