For New Investors

1. Exemption from the Mayor's Permit Fees, Building Permit Fees, Business Sales Taxes and Other Fees and Charges imposed under existing city ordinances with the exemptions subject to the following classifications:

• Small          -     Below P 15M          - 3 years

• Medium      -     P 15M - P 60M        - 4 years

• Large          -     Above P 60M          - 5 years

2. Exemptions from the basic Real Property Tax on property improvements, building and machineries under the Tax Code of the City, with period of tax exemptions subject to the following classifications:

• Small          -     Below P 15M          - 3 years

• Medium      -     P 15M - P 60M        - 4 years

• Large          -     Above P 60M          - 5 years

3. Tax reductions or tax credits for expenditures on construction of " public infrastructure" (such as roads and bridges, etc) accessible to public use as determined by the Board.
