BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Application letter request address to the Local Building Office of the Local Building Official, Guinobatan,  Albay

2. Application Forms; Building Permit; Electrical Permit; Fencing Permit and Mechanical Permit

3. Bill of Materials and Estimated Cost of the proposed work including Plans and Supervision Fees duly signed and sealed by a licensed Civil Engineer  or Architect and approved by the Owner/Applicant

4. Structural Design Analysis

5. Architectural Plans and Supervision duly signed and sealed by a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.

1. Vicinity/Location Plan within two kilometers radius for commercial, industrial, residential building at any convenient sale showing prominent land mark of major thoroughfares for any references

2. Site Development Plan at a scale for large scale showing position of the proposed existing building shall be indicated

6. Certification from a licensed Geodetic Engineer that the proposed constructions shall be constructed within the property line of the owner/applicant

7. Electrical plans and specifications duly signed and sealed by a Professional Electrical Engineer

8. Sanitary/Mechanical plans and specification duly signed and sealed by a Sanitary/Mechanical Engineer or Master Plumber

9. Fencing plans and specifications duly signed by a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect

10. Size plan must be 20'x30' standard size

11. Two (2) logbook duly signed and sealed by a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect in-charge of the construction and signed also by the owner/applicant.

12. Xerox copy of the current Income Tax.

13. Xerox copy of the Declaration of Real Property.

14. Xerox copy of the Transfer of Title.

15. Written consent of lot/building owner duly notarized.

16. Certification of Zoning Ordinance of the municipality

17. Sketch plan of the proposed construction, site development and location plan

18. Long brown envelop

19. Barangay clearance

Note: All requirement must be in five (5) sets. If loan seven (7) sets.
