• Exemption from the payment of Tax or Transfer of Real Properties whenever applicable

• Exemption from the payment of 100% of Real Property Tax for a period of one (1) year after the approval of the application for registration and exemption from payment of the tax period of six (6) years from start of operation in the condition and manner herein prescribed:

• Whenever applicable exemption from payment of 100% Amusement Tax for a period of 3 years from the start of operation
