Mobilization
of
Consultant’s Study Team -
Creation of a Technical
Counterpart Team consisting of representatives of the member regional
agencies and LGUs of the LGUs. The TWG members facilitated
access to regional/local information, and participated in review and
planning workshops -
Creation of a NEDA-based
Technical Working Group who monitored, reviewed and provided timely
advice on the methodologies, content and organization of the
Consultant’s output.

- Conduct of Visioning Workshop
(November 17 1997) and Consensus Building Workshop (March 16,
1998) participated in by the LINDGC-TWG and some representatives from
the private sector.

Committee of milestone planning output such as Preliminary Report,
