PROJECT PROPONENT : LANDCO PACIFIC CORPORATION
PROJECT OBJECTIVE :
To develop a
first class commercial subdivision that will serve as another business
district and will decongest the city's old Central Business District (CBD
I). The project will also serve as anchor development for the 100-plus
hectare Southwest Development Area.
PROJECT BRIEF:
The project
is within the 100-plus hectare Southwest Development Area which was
opened to development with the construction of the Almeda Highway, a
by-pass road that connects Roxas Avenue (old Diversion Road) to
Concepcion Grande and the Maharlika Highway. Total land area of the
business park is 12 hectares. It is a joint venture between local
landowners and Landco Pacific, the developer.
Development
is anchored on the construction and operation of a 50,000 sq.m. shopping
mall. The remaining areas will be sold to operators of commercial and
office spaces. An IT park is also envisioned to be set up within the
area.

Construction will start by October 2005

Development
of business park will be undertaken by Landco Pacific Corporation. A
Landco subsidiary will also operate the shopping mall.
