The LINDGC
Governing Board is composed of the RDC Chairman , who is concurrently
Chairman of the Board, the DTI Regional Director as Vice Chairman, and
the regional Directors of NEDA ad other regional offices of the
national line agencies, city and municipal mayors of the component
cities and municipalities as members. NEDA V, in its capacity as
technical Secretariat of RDC V, also serves as the technical
Secretariat of LINDGC.
