Funding Support (%)

1. Get the sum of releases
2. Compute for the total programmed amount
3. Divide releases by total programmed amount and multiply by 100 to get financial support (%).

                       Financial Support (%) =                Total Releases                 x 100
                                                         Total Programmed Amount

 

Expenditure Rate (%)

1. Get the sum of expenditures by adding unpaid obligation and cash disbursement

2. Compute for the total programmed amount

3. Divide total expenditures by total programmed amount and multiply by 100 to get expenditure rate (%).

               Expenditure Rate (%) =                Total Expenditures              x 100
