FOREWORD The 2005 Regional Development Report (RDR) presents the accomplishments of the Bicol Region and its stakeholders in the attainment of the objectives set forth in the Medium-Term Regional Development Plan (MTRDP) 2004-2010. Prepared by the NEDA Regional Office V as the technical secretariat of the Regional Development Council (RDC) V, the report includes inputs and contributions from the regional government agencies, local government units, the academe, non-government organizations, and the private sector, which were solicited through Memorandum Circular 02 s. 2006 dated 31 January 2006. The document was presented to the sectoral committees of the RDC V for validation, comments, and additional inputs. The final reports is published on www.rdc5.gov.ph and www.neda5.net. |
