EARLY RECOVERY NEEDS
The early recovery needs of the
region is estimated at P 7.9 billion
which covers the rehabilitation and
revival of key sectors in economy,
91 percent of which is proposed for
funding under the BICAM's Calamity
Assistance Rehabilitation Effort
(CARE). The rest will be funded from
other sources. About 40 percent of
the CARE fund will be for
rehabilitation projects in Albay.
The cost of rehabilitation by
sector, by agency and province is
summarized in Table 12.
